Fun with vintage!

I love this vintage dress! The high neckline on it isn’t good for me, though, so I layered a sweater over the top. I swore I’d never wear socks with heels, as I’ve seen in fashion magazines these days, but I’m willing to try anything once, and I actually liked the look with this outfit. Anyhow, we’re dressing to please ourselves, not anyone else, right??

Plaid is always fun to wear and it’s so classic. This plaid is fun with it’s extra large print. I like to wear black with something bright, to tone it down a little. Don’t forget about hats! They are fun to play with and can really change an outfit. I think it’s really important to have fun with your clothes. Don’t take them too seriously, and don’t be afraid to experiment!
